Okay, I'll admit it, I hate shaving so much that I forked out a few grand for laser hair removal. Sure, it would cost money now, but think of all the money I'd save over the years by not having to purchase razor blades and shaving gel... not to mention the time I'd save by never having to shave again. Seems like a good deal, right? WRONG!
I went through 14 uncomfortable treatments, and I still have to !#@$#@ shave!!!! The process was this... you have to be freshly shaved when you go in, then they freeze sonagram gel and slather it on the parts to be lasered (sound fun yet?), then the laser light stings like a mother. This is what I went through every 3 to 4 weeks.
I'll admit that the hair is growing back softer, and I don't have to shave MOST places nearly as often, but the whole point was to NEVER have to shave again. I feel cheated, and am definitely $4000 poorer, which would certainly buy a lot of gas right now.
So, if you've been thinking about getting laser hair removal, make sure you get some sort of written pro-rated satisfaction guarantee. You'll be thankful you did.
